Got this custom made by a Hollywood costume designer Cosmo & Donato. It was handmade and hand stoned/beaded
It is a super stretchy thin material with rhinestones and pearls attached throughout. It is slightly sheer but the embellishments don’t make it look inappropriate. It can go from a 2-6 comfortably. Perfect for a bachelorette, wedding, or birthday
Note that the designer forgot some stones on the right side but it is not noticeable.
