dress was large and didn’t fit, i asked for a refund and she declined it. a day later she said i already knew the size as it was listed a 6 but the house of cb sizing is 4-6 small and no where was it indicated the dress was a medium as it was posted at. at 6. she than said she could give me a parcel refund if i returned it that day ( which at the time all stores to return items were closed) or the same day i asked for a refund which i couldn’t. overall it was terrible and won’t do this again. worst service
