Gbere Dress
Each layered print of the Gbere dress is made using the shibori dyeing technique. The fabric is carefully hand threaded to form a pattern that is then hand-dyed. Each print of the skirt takes a total of 14 hours to thread and dye by the artisans. After our prints have been created we then sew each print together layer by layer in-house to form this beautiful piece called Gbere.
