It has a slit and pleats up top with flared peasant long sleeves. It can be ankle length to tea length depending on height.
I am 5’9 and it was pretty long on me but to be floor length it would be best for heights 5’5 - 5’7, shorter with a big heel.
This showstopper is modest without sacrificing any of the fun. It is in great condition however the fabric itself is 100% polyester so it will need to be handled carefully
