The buttons do not have much stretch. If you switch between an 8 and a 10, the lower half is more roomy. 

The dress does not have adjustable straps. I’m 5’8 and it is somewhat low cut on me. 

Listed sizing and my recommendations:
B: 35 in listed. 36 easily. 37/38 depending on comfort with cleavage

W: 32.2 listed. I would say this is a true maximum. 

H: 37 listed. Up to 41 with no gaping.
