Photo Listing Guidelines

High-quality photos are key to successful rentals. Include clear images of the item being worn, close-ups of details, and shots from multiple angles. My Rental doesn't fit

If a rental item doesn’t fit, communicate with the lender immediately to discuss possible solutions. By Rotation encourages lenders to provide accurate sizing information and accept returns under specific conditions, such as unworn items being returned within 24 hours.

Renters are not permitted to alter items in any way, including cutting, dying, or pinning. Any changes must be agreed upon with the lender, as the item must be returned in its original condition. Unauthorized alterations may lead to disputes or additional fees.

By Rotation uses Stripe to process all payments securely. This includes rental payments, refunds, and invoices. Typical processing times are 8-10 working days, depending on your bank. Stripe ensures safe and reliable transactions for all users.

Length of Rental Period - Renter

The rental period typically starts at a minimum of 3 days and can be extended as agreed with the lender. Items should arrive on the first day of the rental period and be returned by the last day to avoid late fees.

Invoice Deposits

By Rotation does not request or support deposits outside the platform. If an agreement about a deposit is made outside the app, it will not be protected by By Rotation’s policies.
