Blue Lace Ruffle Collar Dress

Easy to wear loose fit dress perfect for wedding guest or holiday. Can be dressed up or down. Lots of pretty detail on neck and gently ruffled shoulder.

Has pockets. Labelled 8 but I am a 10 and could go to small 12 due to loose style. I wore it with a slip underneath but even without it is pretty subtle. There is a thin tie belt with it but I don’t use it. I am in North London and happy to meet to handover.
