Tropical multi coloured opera skirt

This is a show stopper of a skirt. It’s fits in on the beach or at a formal ball. It is a size 10 but fits quite large (I’ve had to use safety pins to tighten the waist) but have found it a good item to wear if you want something flouncy with lots of room. Needs to be worn with heels if you’re my height (5ft 5) but would love to see this on someone taller and worn with trainers and a t-shirt!!
