Kim was an amazing renter for my first time renting with ByRotation. The dress was scheduled to arrive early but Kim paid for tracked postage so I was able to divert until I was home to receive. The dress was beautiful and in perfect condition. Kim was so lovely to rent from, a drink was spilled on the dress and Kim made a anxious situation very calm which I super appreciate. The dress is beautiful and I received lots of compliments. Thanks again Kim, hope to rent from you again! 😊
