Hermione de Paula Wildflower overskirt

This is a handpainted silk overskirt that sits on the waist. It looks incredible over bias cut dresses and slim pantsuits. Excellent for dressing up something simple for a really special occasion. I had the train taken up to make it less formal/bridal, so if you're especially tall there will be no almost train.
