Goes without saying, the dress was absolutely beautiful but what I really appreciated was Chris’s communication and professionalism throughout. When I first made the rental request, Chris was on holiday but kept me in the loop which I was grateful for. Experience is a huge thing for me so I’ll definitely be coming back to Chris if I need a dress for another occasion :)
