Perfect holiday bag

Excellent experience when reserving and picking up, quick responses. The return wasn’t as smooth, I was asked to return the bag on the bank hols Friday, I confirmed to return by 4pm, travelled for an hour to central London and no one was there. The lender/Byrotation had forgotten to communicate that they aren’t open on bank hols despite asking me to return on that day. Haven’t received instructions on how to return yet. I’m sure this was just a miscommunication but was a bit annoying to waste two hours in pointless travel. I think better instructions on holiday rental periods are needed.
