I really didn’t want to write this review, however I have been left with no choice but to give one. The lender started of great with her communication unfortunately the item didn’t get to me on time as I was traveling the night of when my rental started, i stressed this to the lender and asked for tracking details but unfortunately I was met with no response. I tried to give her a grace period to do right by the service but however my refund isn’t being processed and the lender hasn’t been contact with me to apologise about the inconvenience she has caused. I had the item returned back to her and there’s proof of delivery.
