I asked numerous times if the dress stretched so I could decide on which size to get as I am between sizes depending on which dress / material. I was reassured the dress as loads of stretch and up to this point the communication was spot on. Once i received the dress it didn’t even go up my thighs in which I was highly annoyed as this was a dress I wanted for my birthday. I returned the dress and requested partial refund once I explained. To this date (18th aug ) and I rented this from (6-8th July ) no one has responded to my request. Poor service overall would never rent from them again !
