Mel has been super sweet and flexible! The goggles were as described and perfect for my ski trip! I arranged collection as opposed to using delivery and Mel was really flexible and accommodating to ensure that I received the goggles well in advance of my trip (which she didn’t have to at all!) and then again was incredibly flexible with the drop off 😊 all of Mel’s other glowing reviews should speak to how lovely she is and how seamless it is to rent from her - really really appreciate everything you’ve done 🥰 thank you!!
