She is THE best renter- always responding ultra quickly on enquirers, going the extra mile. I specifically needed a show stopping dress for an event, and delivered on time so I went to Karenanna. She did it disappoint! I was initially not sure when I tried the dress in but she sent me styling ideas and photos. In the end I had so many compliments and was thrilled with my look. Lots of support from Karenanna around the return. Will be renting again very soon!
