It is a US 0 and VERY snug on me. I’m a waist 25, hips 30, and almost could not fit and it does not stretch at the zipper area, I had to get help. So I strongly advise against renting if you’re bigger than W25.
It is very long, I’m 5’2 and had tall platform heels and she was still dragging the ground.
