I am 5’3 and this sits just above my knees. The full skirt is comfortable (especially if eating!) and the voluminous skirt and sleeves are very flattering. True to size 12 but adjustable ties and elastic back make it accommodating for 12-14.
The material is thick enough to not wear a bra, I am a DD and wore this with no bra and felt secure.
