She sent it out quickly & said she’d transfer me for dry cleaning(sent without being dry cleaned/ with stains)but she never sent me any extra & instead,insisted on charging me for an extra day because the post office which is usually open was closed on Sunday.When I tried to explain I had to send it 9 hours late,she showed no humanity & insisted on charging for a FULL extra day(outrageous considering she owes me money;I paid her £10 dry cleaning fee included in rental+£15 for my own dry cleaning that I had to arrange & she has the liberty to try and get money out of me!not kind lender at all!
