Beautiful dress but unfortunately didn’t get to wear due to cancelled event. Seller refused to accept a same-day return for even partial refund which was unfair.

Lovely seller with amazing communication! I did however, have an issue with postage as the parcel was sent as a large letter though it didn’t meet these dimensions. This meant that postage was delayed, and I had to drive early on the morning of my event to the post office to pay the retention fee and collect the parcel. After requesting seller did refund me for the retention fee and the day that my rental didn’t arrive. It was a very stressful process, and the rental was not as smooth as expected. However, the dress was lovely, and arrived as described!
