Sadly I didn’t have a good experience as the rental never arrived as the lender never communicated clearly when it would come. She asked the previous renter to send it direct to me (uncleaned), so I only got the tracking code 3hrs before it arrived, and obviously I wasn’t home to collect it because she never confirmed it would arrive, even though I asked multiple times in advanced. I told her I had a flight the day after the rental was to begin. I never got to use the item, as I was out the country. The app offered to a partial refund, but the lender refused, so not a compassionate lender.
