As much as possible reduce or avoid skin to skin contact to reduce transfer from foundation on neck & shoulders on the strap. Dyed fabrics from clothing can also transfer colour so please be cautious especially reds, pinks and other dark and bright colours.

If the bag is returned with stain, an additional cleaning fee will be charged 🧼
