Amazing dress! Great seller, couldn’t have been better xx

Good communication, quick delivery. 

Dress was too long and was disappointed not to receive even a partial refund. I was unable to return it before the end of the rental period as it was a bank holiday weekend. I guess maybe I need to learn more about By Rotation… but more likely I will never use the service again.
