Bandeau midi dress with cut out in blue

Bandeau dress with cut out on the front and a kick split up the back in an amazing colbat blue colour.

Silicone elastic trim on the inside of the dress to help keep it up.

This dress is a petite however I am 5ft 4 and the dress is a perfect midi length on me.

Only worn once for my graduation.
