Gorgeous open back blue/purple floor length dress

This beautiful dress has a crystal necklace with the top half of the dress threaded through. It’s backless to the waist and then the bottom is floor length and so flattering. Worn once a few years ago for a ball and haven’t worn it since - condition is perfect.
