Lara is truly an amazing lender and I’m so pleased with my renting experience! She is so communicative and answered all of my questions about my first time renting. She provided plenty of details and photos of the dress upon request and ensured to inform me when she was posting so that it would come on time. The dress was packaged with much care and she let me know prior that I would have to iron or steam it, which I wouldn’t have been prepared to do if she hadn’t warned me!
