This was my first time renting on ByRotation so I was a bit nervous about the dress arriving on time, fitting correctly etc but Danielle made the whole process such a lovely experience, she had great communication, was so lovely to speak to and provided all the necessary info on how renting works, she even sent the dress a few days early without me even asking which calmed my nerves so much. The dress itself was perfect, it’s a size small so I thought it might run a bit tight but it was very true to size for a size 8-10 if your measurements reflect the house of cb size guide.
