Floral open back mini party dress with boat neckline

Blue, white and green ditsy floral mini dress with flattering boat neckline. Low open back with tie at the back which allows you to slightly cinch the waist in! The dress has the sweetest white petticoat lining which gives it a really flattering silhouette. I’m 5’9 reference and I definitely needed some shorts on underneath- message and I can include the mini crochet shorts I wore.
