Not a great experience. Hat arrived promptly but was poorly packaged in a Cheetos box 😮‍💨😂 it was wide open at the top and the hat was fully exposed. No care taken at all with this. Hat was mishaped and I could not wear it. I sent photos to the renter who flat out denied the hat was bent and said it was the angle of the photo. I ended up buying a hat for the event myself from Karen Millen (the same hat in a different colour) and I even sent photos showing how much straighter this hat was and she still denied there was any issue.
