What a great experience renting from Loueo. Communication was clear and helpful and it arrived bang on time. As for the bag itself- it was a joy to wear and received lots of compliments! The only thing I would say is that it doesn’t have a zip or popper which made me a little nervous as I am very clumsy and lose things often. But all was good in the end :)
