Needle and thread ruffle floral maxi sunset garden size 10

Seriously beautiful dress! The ruffles bounce amazingly when moving in it. Size 10- I am a size 8 and this is a little loose on me around waist though still wearable. Soft floral print Orange,pink,yellow and green tones. Great for weddings or formal occasions.
