The most beautiful elasticated off-the-shoulder gown, tiered ruffled panels, boned bodice, embroidered kisses, tulle underlay, fully lined. Concealed zip and hook fastening at back. I have had it hemmed by one inch so it is perfect for someone around 5,6 and smaller (I am 5’4), especially if wearing flats for dancing.
