Karen was amazing from start to finish. Excellent communication answering my questions before, during and after the rental as well as answering any worries I I had during the process. Item was sent very promptly and there were very clear instructions for the return. Finally the dress was stunning and fit perfectly! Highly recommended and will return! A++++

Karen has been amazing and v understanding! I slightly damaged the dress and have ended up buying it from her as I loved it, and she will be able to buy a new one. Alls well that ends well!

Another amazing rental from Karen. Gorgeous dress that fits perfectly - I was worried that it would be see through but Karen was very helpful and gave me all the info I needed. The dress is super modest/hijab friendly! Got so many compliments from random people🤎🤩 love that Karen always sends rentals so nicely packaged and including a return label! It was great to rent from Karen, great communication and especially organised with the Royal Mail strikes to make sure the dress was with me in good time. it was an especially easy process with a return label included too! The dress is amazing
