Rag & Bone white silk shirt wrap dress

This gorgeous dress ties at the waist and features green and blue piping on the collar, breast pocket and down the arms. It has a white jersey under-slip that can be attached to or detached from the dress. It reaches to just below my knees (I’m 5’9.5”).
