The dress arrived and was completely see through, this detail was not in the description so I would say the item was not as described. I previously told the Lender this was for a wedding and they still didn’t mention the fabric. I requested a refund which was refused. They didn’t even offer to cover the cleaning cost or postage that I’ve paid for both ways for something that I didn’t even wear. It seems greedy and not very understanding. Wouldn’t hire from this person again.
