Gorgeous B&W Rebecca Vallance maxi dress with puff sleeves

Black and white pattern, love the drama of the puff sleeves and the volume of the skirts but it all feels balanced by the corseted bodice which fits like a glove. Wore to ascot and got so many compliments. Really fun statement dress, would be great for the opera or other black tie event
