Mel is just the absolute loveliest - she's been so helpful and understanding (as this was my first rental) and she really went above and beyond to make it a great experience. Excellent communicator and the sweetest person - I'd highly recommend to anyone! The dress is beautiful and, although I rented it for a belated birthday dinner, my boyfriend surprised me with a trip to Paris and proposed! So I wore it for our engagement dinner and it was just perfect. It'll always have such beautiful memories for me now. Thanks Mel for helping make my engagement extra special!
