The dress arrived with the straps slightly shortened which was perfect for me as I find reformation straps to be too long (about 2-3 cm shorter only). Dress was so lovely, it came wrinkled from the packaging but it was so easy to remove with steam/water. My rental request was 2 days before my event so that was plenty of time for the dress arrive. Very happy I got to graduate in this beautiful dress! Thank you Frances x
