Fringed full length shimmee dress 16+

Sleeveless, beaded neckline.

Jersey with long fringing.

I'm 5ft 5" I can wear with low or high heels, not suitable if you're petite, fine if you're taller than me.

It says size 16 I'm more size 18/20 in this picture. It doesn't move so well if it's not tight enough.
