Amazing dress and very comfy! Thanks

Overall not a good first time hiring experience. Going all the way in to central London to pick up and drop of a dress that I couldn't use for a shoot because it had an obviously loose button at the neck and loose thread as well. Generally a waste of my time and poor communication as well from By Rotation.
