Green flower pattern dress with puff sleeves

This is an incredible dress with puff sleeves. The pattern is super beautiful, the sleeves are amazing. It is a 7/8 long dress for me, but i’m quite short (160 cm). Would highly recommend for a wedding or any other formal occasion
