Long wide tulle dress with a ‘tinsel’ pattern to be worn on top of other garments or a slip. Large buttons on the back, long ribbons on the back of the neck. Puff sleeves to the elbow, pleats at the waist to add volume. The designer logo is engraved on the buttons.
