Very accommodating, super quick and responsive and loved the outfit. Unfortunately it wasn’t too fresh so I didn’t end up wearing it but as it was my first rental I hadn’t considered (or left enough time as I was so last minute) that I might need to clean it first - luckily I had another outfit option with me :) I will rent again but with a bit more notice this time! Thanks x
