Powder blue floor length gown

The Phoebe from Th&Th - perfect bridesmaids dress or evening gown! The Phoebe dress features a beautiful soft fitted chiffon bodice with delicate flutter sleeves. Float whilst you walk in the super full box pleated chiffon skirt. I’m 5,7” and had the skirt shortened so it just hits above the ground when wearing low heels, also wore it with flats but it was a smidge long. Best fit for a 16/18.
