Jess is simply lovely. She's kind, helpful and really goes the extra mile to deliver an amazing service - she sent the dress a day earlier than I was expecting so I had time to try it on and check it fit before I wore it to a wedding. Jess clearly takes excellent care of her wardrobe; the dress had been professionally cleaned prior to being sent and was in beautiful condition, with no signs of "aging" or "wear". I'd be more than happy to recommend both Jess and this dress!

I’ve rented from Jenny before because her dress collection is a dream. She really goes above and beyond - this time, the dress I had originally rented wasn’t available so she sent me two(!) to make sure I had something I was happy with. She even offered to bring them over to my house late on a Friday. Totally unnecessary but amazingly generous. Thank you so much x
