Communication was ok, charging me extra for it being late even though communicated I was using until the 1st and sending back on the 2nd which has been done even if it hasn’t arrived it’s been sent as stated. But the necklace was very beautiful and matched the outfit great! Would use again if didn’t charge me a ridiculous amount.

Genuinely 10/10 for this lending experience. Had great communication and quick replies from the Beatriz through out. The necklace was delivered on time in excellent condition, just like the pictures! honestly couldn’t fault anything. I would happily rent again on this app because of my experience 🥰 thankyou x
