Yellow pleated dress

Shoulder straps are adjustable (bow you can tie yourself).

Please note that although the dress is loose fitting, the high waisted band (black band on dress) is not elastic, my waist is 27 inches and it fits comfortably, but may be quite tight if you’re 28 inches or above.
