EU 40 (Size 12) but will also fit a size 8/10 oversized!

Originally purchased from farfetch from the pre owned section - it was shipped from Italy (I assume where its previous home was). I did some research into how old this piece may be (there is no indication on the label)I found that it may be 80s/90s YSL but I may be wrong!

buckle appears to be metal of some kind (some slight wear on this due to how old it is)

not entirely sure what the fabric is as there is no inside label apart from the brand label
