70s vintage blue dress

Glorious shade of blue, somewhere between sky and cobalt. Fixed pleats and flattering crochet on the waist. Slightly fluted sleeves. I am 5’7.5 and it falls to about an inch off the ground. Couple of small marks that aren’t noticeable
