Condition 
Excellent condition, worn once only for a few hours and has been dry cleaned.

Size
I am a UK8/Small but sized up to Medium for length as I am 5ft 10 and wanted it slightly longer. It has 4 way stretch so will fit sizes 8-12. Super comfortable fit. Hasn’t been altered.
